I am a board (American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology) certified psychiatrist and specialize in treating sleep problems, adult ADHD, complex treatment resistant depression, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD.

I believe in integrative care, meaning in addition to  medications and psychotherapy I focus on factors that contribute to a person’s overall health and wellbeing. These include diet and nutrition, lifestyle factors like sleep, exercise, stress management and the use of specific supplements etc.  â€‹â€‹

Principles of supportive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness are included my practice. I use a personalized approach for adjusting medications and psychotherapy to meet an individual's needs.

Seeing people get better and meet their own life goals is the most rewarding part of my work.
